tag_t
sketch tag or section tag of sketch.
You can either pass sketch tag or create a
section for sketch, pass the tag of section.

Sweep direction flag -
If set to true - the tab is swept in the direction of normal
to datum plane on which sketch has drawn.
If set to false - sweeping in opposite direction to the normal direction of datum plane

0 - Thickness value applies to only a feature
1 - Thickness applies to whole part(default)
